|Recommended: YesGreat place, some people smoke where they aren't allowed. — This place is awesome and I love it. My only complaint is some people smoke where they shouldn't and if you have a window open you can smell it.
|Recommended: YesEXCELLENT UNITS AND MANAGEMENT — They really care about you being happy and will help with any noise disturbances, etc. It is resort style living and the units are spacious and clean with beautiful sunset views of the White Tank Mountains.

|Recommended: YesA very comfortable place to call home — Though we love our home here, We feel that with the high rent 1100 for 1bd den, 1bath , the appliances, flooring and cabinetry should be upgraded, and the sound proofing could be a lot better. We get a lot of noise thru our ceiling. BUT the grounds are maintained exceptionally, and the office staff, and maintanance staff, Ivan and Jeff, are OUTSTANDING
|Recommended: YesGreat Place to Live, Great Staff. — Believe it of not, the place does look like in the pictures. But even better, the staff really makes it a great place to live. Maintanence is amazing. Lauri and Asia are always helpful and kind. Very peaceful and quiet. Great view to the south.

|Recommended: YesA Great Place to Live — I real enjoy living at Wyngate. I have made this place home for 4 years. The staff has always been excellent, even when management changed. The maintenance guys have been very nice and professional. It is definitely a community in and of itself. The site is clean and the residents look out for each other.

This is a beautiful resort looking property with lots of amenities. Privileged to call this home
|Recommended: YesSo much better than the our last place — It's great. Friendly people, great environment, minimal noise.. most comes from the freeway which can get pretty loud, but we're not complaining.

|Recommended: YesNice and quiet and attentive — I have been here almost 3 years. The grounds are well kept and the maintenance guys very freindly and are very attentive. Just a nice quiet kind of secluded place close to the freeway but no freeway noise.
