|Recommended: YesExurban Lifestyle — Upon first taking a tour of the complex before moving in, I realized that this was an unusual place to be for apartment living which is usually urban and conveniently located. Surrounding Wyngate, you'll find a mix of construction, quiet residential developments and farms. The closest retail is a 2 mile drive away. This appealed to me but won't work for everyone as a car is a necessity in this environment. My biggest complaint is the lack of a left hand turn from the complex to 165th Dr. It is an inconvenience to say the least.
There aren't as many buildings at Wyngate as there are in your typical complex. There is never an issue with parking for myself or guests as there are more spaces than there are residents cars. My neighbors have been standoffish, but friendly and I feel comfortable knocking on their door in need. Noise hasn't been an issue for me as I am far enough away from the 303 Freeway. I love the proximity to the White Tank Mountains and views to the south of Luke AFB.

|Recommended: YesI love living here all except my upstairs neighbor, from time to time — I've lived here for over 7 months now and enjoy it very much. The staff is very friendly and always helpful. I moved across states and they made it a smooth process. Maintenance always comes and fixes any issue right away.
|Recommended: YesOverall a nice place to be. — On quality of the place to quality of the staff, this is one of the best places I've lived. My only complaint is I was recently informed the owner of the property refuses to spend anything on security measures for the community despite issues of people driving on the wrong side of the road exiting the premises, jumping the pool fence after hours, and car alarms going off in the middle of the night.

If I ever have an issue it is taken care of almost immediately. The maintenance staff is great as well. The apartments are beautiful and the grounds are well kept. I have only been here a month, but so far I love it
