|Recommended: YesExcellent Apartment Complex — I have lived in several different apartment house rentals in the past and Wyngate by far was the best experience I’ve had. Not only were the apartments themselves very nice quality, but the overall complex was the best maintained and appealing. Questions and concerns were address quickly, no bugs were seen in the apartments, and the move in out process was extremely easy. If I was not moving to a new city I definitely would have stayed and renewed my lease
|Recommended: YesSo far a great place to live — So far this is a great place to live The staff are friendly and willing to help. The place is very quiet and clean. The first time I used my washing machine the water did not drain.... The maintenance team was right on it and was able to fix the clog within 30 minutes. Overall I am very satisfied in my choice to live at Wyngate.
|Recommended: YesClean, quiet, spacious and friendly staff — Just moved in about two weeks ago. Christy made the application process seamless, easy and stress free. Looked at the apartments on a Saturday, was approved by Monday. My unit was extremely clean with brand new carpet on move in day, was unable to find any issues anything. The grounds are very clean and quiet. The layout is very large for the square footage, large patio. So far i have no complaints and am loving the location and quietness of the area. The process of applying and finalizing to moving in was seamless and a breeze. Couldn't be happier so far.

|Recommended: YesBeautiful apartment complex — I have looked at a lot of apartment across the valley and these by far are my favorite. They may be a little pricey but it is totally worth it. The complex is very well kept and it feels like I am staying in a resort. I am in love with the layout of my apartment and it definitely feels like home. Would definitely recommend looking into these apartments.

|Recommended: YesWonderful, community based complex — I was worried about going from my own house to an apartment. So far I love living here We have been here since November 2018 we have placed work orders and received prompt service. The staff at the front office are kind and welcoming. I like the community feel there are community garage sales, job postings, and everyone is kind. My young daughter has made some friends while living here. The grounds are kept well some guests with dogs seem to clean up after their pets which is wonderful.
