|Recommended: YesGreat place to rent — My husband and I are moving out of state, but highly recommend Wyngate. Great location and the apartment staff and maintenance staff are terrific. Kudos to Lauri, Taylor, Ivan and Jeff. We will miss you all. BUT, the rents are too high for Surprise. That is why we are moving.

|Recommended: YesWe have lived here for 4 years love the management — Love living at Wyngate. Management is wonderful, friendly, and always open to her our comments concerns. All maintanence is completed as requested. The landscape and grounds are beautiful. Appreciate the resurfacing of the parking lot and look forward to continued improvements. A safe convenient place to live and neighbors are friendly.

My apartment has a beautiful floor plan, all amenities in walking distance and well maintained grounds. Office Staff are friendly, professional as well as the maintenance staff. The best living conditions you could ask for
