|Recommended: YesAMAZING PEOPLE AND Quiet neighborhood — Esther property manager helped us with everything, we explained our situation and she was so helpful, kind and understanding throughout the entire process so we are so grateful for her support and kindness upon moving in we met a few neighbors and they were so welcoming and friendly and helpful we are really happy with our decision to move here

|Recommended: YesWonderful move in process — I’d like to start off by thanking Rita and Esther for their kind and prompt support during my move in process. They are so friendly and helpful I completed my application online without any issues, the website is very user friendly and easy to navigate. Rita kept me updated every step of the way, great communication that made the move in so easy.
The premises are absolutely beautiful and well kept Nice landscaping and architectural design. It’s located in a calm and peaceful housing development right off the 303 loop freeway. Safe to walk in the evenings and it’s away from the busy main street so that’s a plus because you don’t hear all the traffic like other places and it’s safe for people who enjoy taking walks any time of day.
My apartment was clean and freshly painted. Everything was perfect It’s spacious with a lot of cabinet and pantry space.
Appliances and choice of flooring is a win win. Can’t go wrong with stainless steel. Looking forward to grilling some Caribbean and Filipino food by the pool and enjoying our new place. Neighbors are really friendly and welcoming. I don’t have anything negative to share other than I should have moved here sooner - .

|Recommended: YesInstantly felt like home — From the first step onto the property we noticed how clean and beautiful everything was. Parking is not crowded noise levels are low so it doesn't even feel like we live in an apartment complex.

|Recommended: Yes1st Review after move-in. 1.15.25 — We moved in without any issues per se. We did need to reclean, however, items such as stove top around and in drip pans, some windows exterior , bath tub, valances for blinds.
The office staff is most helpful, and a couple of maintenance requests were answered in good time.

|Recommended: YesGreat Place to Live — Lucked out finding this place while going through a divorce. The staff was beyond helpful and with me every step of the way. Maintenance was completed within a day. It was slower for every house we rented. I love the small community and how it is tucked away.

|Recommended: YesNice place to live — First time living in an apartment in 20 years so i was slightly concerned.
The front staff was VERY nice and helpful. The move in process was streamlined and easy.
I have a one bedroom and it’s the perfect amount of space for me. All the appliances are nice and there is just the right amount of storage and closet space. I live pretty minimally so if you are a pack rat you may need a storage unit.
My only complaint really was the carpet should have been replaced prior to my move in. There is one fairly large stain in the living room that I missed On move in day and was told later they don’t do carpet replacement in occupied leases. It is what it is and I’m ok with it.
The grounds are always clean. And surprisingly quiet. Thank goodness. I’m the evening I love the minimal lighting. The place isn’t lit up like a Christmas tree.
The covered parking for residents is SO SO nice. My only complaint there is that the third floor parking is further away from the the bottom floor parking. Seems it would be the other way around since I AM walking up three flights of steps. I’m assuming that is reflected in the lease price but I’m an able bodied adult and can live with it.
The resident portal app that used for paying your bill and reviewing your lease is kinda garbage but you don’t need to use it much so it’s a small thing.
Overall after a month of being here I’m extremely pleased. And very glad I chose Wyngate for this next chapter of my life.
